These terms apply to all orders placed through the online shops of omaneo GmbH — the omaneo Shop (omaneo.de/laden), the omaneo Fan Shop (fanshop.omaneo.de) and MOMANEO (shop.momaneo.de). By placing an order you accept these terms.
The presentation of products in our shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.
Product images: The product images in our shop are prepared by us, in part with AI assistance, cut out and reinterpreted as illustrations (symbolic images). They may differ from the actual product in detail, colour, finish and design; the written product information is decisive for the agreed characteristics. By preparing the images ourselves we deliberately avoid using unaltered original photographs by third parties and thereby respect their copyright and image rights.
All prices are total prices including statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs are shown at the end of the ordering process and must be accepted before the order is completed.
Payment methods: Payment in advance by bank transfer and PayPal — also by debit or credit card, no PayPal account required.
In the event of late payment we reserve the right to charge default costs.
Shipping costs: Within Germany we charge by the weight of the shipment: up to 5 kg €6.90, from 5 to 20 kg €14.90, from 20 to 31.5 kg €19.90. Small items are sent as letter post for €1.95. Shipments over 31.5 kg go by forwarding agent; we agree the cost and the carrier with you before dispatch. Within the European Union we deliver for €9.90 (letter post €6.90, heavy appliances €29.90). There is no minimum order value above which shipping is free. All amounts include VAT; the shipping costs applying to your order are shown in the cart and at the end of the checkout and must be confirmed before you place the order.
Delivery time: Delivery time depends on how the item is produced and is stated with every article: goods from our own stock usually 2–3 working days, print-on-demand items 6–7 working days, dispatch by a trading partner from an EU warehouse 7–10 working days and from a country outside the EU 2–4 weeks — in each case after receipt of payment. Digital products are made available immediately after receipt of payment.
Delivery area: We ship within Germany and the EU.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (omaneo GmbH, Görlitzer Str. 5, 41460 Neuss, Germany, e-mail: espresso@omaneo.de, telephone: +49 2131 5952469) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened food items or coffee bean packets). The right of withdrawal also does not apply to digital products after their activation or to donations.

Statutory liability for defects applies. If a product is defective, you are entitled to subsequent performance — repair or replacement — and, subject to the statutory conditions, to a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Your right of withdrawal under point 5 remains unaffected.
omaneo is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of our products, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy (see below). To process your order we handle the data required for that purpose and pass it on to the respective production or shipping partner; the legal basis is the performance of the contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be announced at least two weeks before they take effect.
These terms and all resulting contracts are governed by German law. The place of performance is Neuss, Germany.

We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. However, we always strive to resolve discrepancies directly and amicably — if you have any problems, please feel free to contact us first.
